You may close your 711cuci account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining balance in your account must first be withdrawn following the standard withdrawal procedure. Balances not withdrawn within 90 days of the closure request will be forfeited.

All transactions on the 711cuci Platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). 711cuci does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.
The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for regular players, though limits may apply depending on your VIP tier and the payment method's platform limits. Daily and weekly deposit limits can be set by players themselves through account settings as part of our Responsible Gaming tools.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. 711cuci aims to process withdrawals within 5–15 minutes for e-wallets and up to 1 business day for bank transfers. All bonuses received must meet the turnover requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Turnover requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount). Turnover requirements vary by bonus type and are clearly stated in each promotional offer.
Not all games contribute 100% towards bonus turnover requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack may contribute at a lower rate. The exact contribution rate for each game category is stated in the relevant bonus terms.

For all slots and casino games on 711cuci, the minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game's interface. These limits may vary depending on the game provider and your VIP tier. Winnings are automatically credited to your account balance at the end of each round or hand.
For Sports Betting — including Malaysia Super League and EPL football, badminton, IPL cricket, and e-sports such as MLBB and Valorant — bets placed before an event begins are considered pre-match. Live betting is accepted during ongoing events, subject to odds availability. 711cuci reserves the right to suspend or void any bet in the event of technical disruptions or doubts about the validity of an event.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed by more than 12 hours, or not completed in accordance with the stipulated rules, all bets related to that event will be fully refunded to your account balance within 24 hours of the cancellation decision being confirmed.
The outcome of all games on 711cuci is final once a round or hand is completed and credited to the account. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your screen and 711cuci's server records, the server records shall be considered the definitive and binding record.
As a user of the 711cuci Platform, you are responsible for ensuring that all your activities on the Platform are lawful, responsible, and in compliance with these Terms. You agree not to:

711cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
If your account is suspended for legitimate reasons that do not involve a breach of terms, your balance will be returned upon completion of the investigation. Where the suspension is due to a terms violation, 711cuci reserves the right to forfeit part or all of the balance at our discretion.

In all circumstances, 711cuci's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
